Jenny Gordon

Jennifer brings nearly three decades of vocational education leadership at Wodonga Institute of TAFE to the NELLEN board. Since 2012 she has worked directly under the CEO as Manager Institute Initiatives, leading major cross-institute partnerships and projects — including writing and winning a multi-million-dollar ADF tender, project-managing a major institutional merger, and contract-managing the Wodonga TAFE International portfolio.

Earlier roles saw her build Wodonga TAFE's largest and most successful teaching department as Manager Community Services and Health, and introduce Fitness Industry training to the regional VET sector in 1995 — growing it into a multi-disciplinary delivery area spanning outdoor recreation, sports administration and allied health.

Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Management from La Trobe University. She is passionate about the role of education in regional productivity, and values collaborative problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking.
